Steps
Bring the brown sugar, butter, and syrup to a boil, then add the sweetened condensed milk.
Continue to cook for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly because it will burn easily.
Pour over the popcorn.
If using, add the M&Ms at this point and stir with the popcorn.
Spread on parchment.
If desired, drizzle with melted white and milk chocolate.
