Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Layer half the potatoes in a 9x13 pan.

  3. Layer the ham and onions on top.

  4. Repeat the layers.

  5. Put all the other ingredients except the cheese in a saucepan and make a white sauce.

  6. Add the cheese when the sauce is complete.

  7. Pour the sauce over the pan of potatoes and ham.

  8. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350°F.

  9. Remove the foil and bake for 15 more minutes.

Notes & tips

  • When doubling the batch, bake at 375°F.
