Homemade Pumpkin Pie

Steps

  1. Bake the premade rollout crust according to the package instructions.

  2. Cover the edges of the crust and bring the oven temperature to 325°F.

  3. Whisk together all filling ingredients and pour into the crust.

  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until the filling is set. The center should jiggle slightly.

  5. Let the pie cool to room temperature.

  6. Serve with whipped cream.
