Steps
In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa.
Bring to a boil and cook for 1 1/2 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter, oats, and vanilla.
Dollop onto foil or wax paper.
Let cool until hardened.
Notes & tips
- The longer you boil, the more the cookies will crumble. The less time boiled, the softer they will be.
