Steps
Whip the butter, sugars, vanilla, salt, and baking powder together, then add the peanut butter.
Whip for a while, until it becomes a shade lighter and has a light consistency.
Add the flour and mix in the chocolate bars.
Bake at 350°F until the tops are slightly brown.
Allow to cool completely before taking the cookies off the cookie sheets.
