Pistachio Oreo Dessert

Steps

  1. Crush the Oreos and butter together and set 1 cup aside.

  2. Press the remaining mixture into a 13x9 metal or glass pan.

  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the milk and pudding.

  4. Gradually add the softened ice cream, then the whipped topping.

  5. Pour into the pan and sprinkle the reserved cookie crumbs on top.

  6. Freeze until needed.

Notes & tips

  • Pull out 20 minutes before serving to soften.
