Heat the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl until melted, then mix well.
Combine the cereal and the chocolate mixture until completely coated.
Place the confectioners sugar in a bag, add the coated cereal, and shake to coat.
Spread on wax paper and let stand until set.
